You may feel like you are in a constant struggle trying to “one up” another person. This is not a good look for you, so try and set it in the past and be more mindful next time. Try to resolve what can be resolved by using grounded communication instead of emotional outbursts. Decide whether being “right” or “winning” is worth the cost of putting your relationships on the line.
