Moonrose Healing is a spiritual based business created by Jennifer Lee Manthey with the intention of helping women follow their soul’s calling and supporting their healing journey.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Services must be scheduled through the “Services” section, located in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
If I am not local, can I still schedule a service?
Of course! Jenn specializes in distance services and a large part of her clientele are international. You are able to select your time zone to make booking easy!
When is payment due, and what payment methods do you accept?
Full payment is due at time of booking (PayPal)
What is your refund/ cancellation policy?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Should you need to change your appointment, any deposit/ payment will be applied to your rescheduled session. At least 24 hours notice is required.
* No refund will be issued for cancellations.
Rescheduled Appointments
Please note, as Jennifer does have chronic health issues, sometimes your appointment will not be able to be fulfilled on your booking day. In this case, you will be notified by email and your appointment will be rescheduled for a mutually beneficial time.
Readings:
What information do you require for a reading?
I only require your name and a specific question or subject for the reading. The amount of information you share with me beyond that is completely up to you! If you are inquiring about astrology you must provide your date, year, time, and location of birth.
How do your readings work?
After you provide me with your name and subject of interest I will use a combination of the following methods:
Cards (Fortune, Tarot, or Oracle)
Psychic channeling/ clairvoyance/ empathy
Connecting with spirit guides (mine and yours)
Mediumship
Email readings always include photos of your card spread(s) as well as your choice of an email write up or voice recording.
In-person & Live Stream can be recorded by you via voice recording.
Is there anything you will not read on?
I do not read on the following topics for ethical reasons:
Health Issues
Investing
Death
Legal Matters
If you have a health, financial, ivesting, or legal concern, please find a qualified professional in that area to aid you. I also typically do not read on pregnancy, as that is also health related.
What subject areas do you specialize in?
My strongest insights typically come in the form of personal development, career, finding your life path, and love.
Are your readings accurate? Do you guarantee outcomes?
The reading will be as accurate as you allow it to be. Please be as open and honest with me as possible and understand that outcomes may change. Free will is always present so everyone always has control of their future. Timelines are highly variable as “time” is a man-made concept. The universe does not operate according to it, and as always free will also change outcomes.
I cannot guarantee results as there are numerous factors involved, such as free will. Your reading should be looked at as a tool to aide you on your path. Use your reading as an “insider guide”.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing which promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and encourages healing. The specific type I practice is Usui Reiki, a form of Japanese Reiki created by Mikao Usui (Usui Sensei).
Who is Reiki beneficial for?
Reiki is beneficial for everyone. It is pure universal energy that never brings harm to the client, making it safe for children and pets too!
How do the sessions work?
Universal energy is channeled during the session from Reiki Practitioner to the client. During the in-person session, Reiki is administered through both hands-on and hands above the body.
Distance healing is also available and is a slightly different process. We will find a mutually agreeable time for the session where you will be able to stay in a relaxed, quiet, and distraction-free state (before you go to sleep is a good example). All you need to do is be able to commit to this state for about from the session start time. I will channel the Reiki to you through a distance and follow up with you after the session. Summaries are available via written email or voice recording.
Do you guarantee results?
While studies have shown that Reiki improves relaxation and promotes overall wellness, it is not meant to replace medical treatment or the advice of a licensed Medical Professional.
As quoted by the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP):
“Reiki is a great tool for stress reduction and relaxation. Many people use Reiki for wellness. Reiki is not a cure for a disease or illness, but it may assist the body in creating an environment to facilitate healing. Reiki is a great tool to use as a complement to traditional medicine and is practiced in many hospitals and medical care settings.”

Are there any side effects from a Reiki Treatment?
Everyone will experience Reiki differently. It’s important to notes that Reiki is a positive experience that never does any harm to you however, part of the healing process may involve a detoxifying cleansing period that could bring about some minor after-effects. Examples are upset stomach, indigestion, diarrhea or headaches, although it should only last for a day or two after treatment. It’s also important to note that some people also do not experience any of these symptoms.
